Did Tischendorf mention these names and notes from the Codex Sinaiticus before April 1863 in any of his numerous works in various languages7

Qui omnium ultimi quum stndiorum suorum tum ipsorum me- moriam in codice esse voluerunt, Dionysium, Hilarionem, Theophylactum, circa saeculum duodecimum ex numero Sinaitarum fuisse, licet horam nominum nullum inter archiepiscopos illorum temporum inveniatur,2 ex annalibus monasterii fortasse oetendi poterit.

Those who wished to include in the codex the memory of all the last of their contemporaries as well as themselves, Dionysius, Hilarion, Theophylactus, were about the twelfth century from the number of the Sinaites, although no hour of (time with) their names can be found among the archbishops of those times, 2 perhaps it can be obtained from the annals of the monastery.

That is—a mediaeval monk, who happened to have access to the venerable document in the monastery of St. Catharine, about the
time of the second or third crusade, took the liberty of inserting upon a blank space of the parchment, just before the beginning of the prophecy of Habakkuk, in a cramped Greek handwriting,

“in very small letters, with frequent contractions, and in very black ink, the prayer: Remember, O Lord, the soul of the sinner Dionysius the monk, when thou comest in thy kingdom.”

When we look at the black and tangled scrawl with which that monkish sinner defaced the beautiful page, we feel almost tempted to criticise his prayer.
