Did Tischendorf mention these names and notes from the Codex Sinaiticus before April 1863 in any of his numerous works in various languages7

Those who wished to include in the codex the memory of all the last of their contemporaries as well as themselves, Dionysius, Hilarion, Theophylactus, were about the twelfth century from the number of the Sinaites, although no hour of (time with) their names can be found among the archbishops of those times, 2 perhaps it can be obtained from the annals of the monastery.
