If your Windows 10 isn't recognizing your My Book external hard drive, it could be due to a faulty USB connection, outdated drivers, a problem with the drive itself, incorrect power supply, or even a faulty USB port on your computer; check the connection, try a different USB port, update your USB drivers in Device Manager, and verify if the drive is properly powered on and recognized in Disk Management
