Isaiah 18:4 rain or herbs?

For so the LORD said unto me,
I will take my rest,
and I will consider in my dwelling place like a clear heat upon herbs,
and like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.
A simple thread, the Norris probabilism attempt, a nice post by Junius, and my post pointing out Rashi as the Hebrew expert who helped guide the King James Bible translation determination.
Since Norris posts the same material around the net (BaptistBoard, SharperIron, etc.) we may ultimately place the responses and refutations in one special section here for easy access and study. The search feature will be able to do the job as well.
