To the best of my knowledge, the only manuscript from late antiquity, either Greek or Coptic, that preserves the title of the book—ΠΟΙΜΗΝ—is Codex Sinaiticus.⁵³
53 The matter is complicated by the fact that no Greek witness preserves the end of the book and therefore there is no extant colophon from Late Antiquity.

It looks like the Muratorian Canon and Tertullian call it the Shepherd
