As he surprisingly often agrees with the Vatican, so often in spite of it, he seems to hold to the right, or cerie from the most ancient fathers and interpreters, to other witnesses who are generally accessible to the most noble witnesses (through the Gospel of John, first of all the D codex of Cantabrigiens).

Denique adscribere placet quae de versuum (Greek) quos vocant notatione — quae cui debelur „ is aetate vix diflert a codicis scriptoribus sed in quadam cum iis negotii socictate fuisse (suisse) credendus est“ — in Nov. Test. Sinait. pag.

Finally, I would like to add what they call the notation of (Greek) verses - to whom it is owed "he was hardly different in age from the writers of the codex but it is believed that he was (was) in a certain business association with them" - in Nov. test. He signs page XXI They are recorded: The calculation of these verses depends at least on Euthalius.

3) This also clearly appears from the fact that the verses into which the codex of the Pauline epistles Claromontanus is divided in the manner of Euthalius with the numbers of the Sinaitic calculation, to say nothing of others, do not at all agree.
