NAC is N-acetyl cysteine. Cysteine is an amino acid. It converts to glutathione in the body thereby circumventing glutathione supplements which breakdown readily from stomach acid and therefore very little is usable glutathione. Workarounds would be glutathione by injection at around 39.00 per shot. S-acetyl glutathione much more stable in stomach acid. Finally l-glutathione in a liposomal form is very well absorbed. The Health Ranger sells a liposomal glutathione. Swish is another that's glutathione is nano particle size BUT Swish contains other natural substances, good in their own right. The Problem: Has Swish tested for heavy metal/contaminates? If not, nano particles could reduce those heavy metals to miniature spears capable of crossing the gut and blood brain barrier and embedding making them impossible to remove. NAC also has the side effect of being mucolytic making it ideal anyone trying to expectorate thick phlegm. A caution would be to make sure to drink eight glasses of pure water daily as NAC can cause renal stones without that precaution. It has been used for 57 years in supplements and in Emergency Medicine to detox Tylenol overdose by converting to glutathione in the liver and is the body's master antioxident. Liposomal glute cannot be made (nor any other liposome) using a blender. That only creates an emulsion. To create a liposomal product you will need a ultrasonic cleaner. Hope this helps.

A study out of India shows that taking a Lecithin supplement with NAC or Glutathione will increase its absorption, so you can take a lower dose and still have better results. Lecithin is a natural homogenizer, as in it helps oil and water mix. One typical capsule contains about the same amount of Lecithin as is found in an egg. Lecithin is how the egg handles all the cholesterol for the growing chick.
Your body makes and regulates Lecithin, but taking a capsule with supplements, especially oil soluble supplements will transport them from your digestive system into your blood stream faster and better.
NAC when it is metabolized releases a sulfur ion. This apparently may dissolve blood clots chemically without changing your clotting factor.
Genetically a small percent of people have trouble because of the free Sulfur ion and end up with foul gas. Avoid NAC if this happens, and look for an alternative like Dandelion leaf extract.

Sir liposomal glutathione (or Vit C or tumeric) is made with lecithin, SUNFLOWER not soy as that is GMO garbage. Your post is interesting because lecithin is one of the protocols we use to detox the liver. Lecithin, in fact, is found in every cell of the body and is produced by the LIVER as is glutathione. That is why I posted further down that if cysteine is not converting to NAC to glutathione then the liver is toxic. Young livers vs old livers or toxic lifestyle/exposures. Milk thistle (dandelion) all of those support the Phase 1/Phase 2 detox pathways of the liver. Mung beans are also excellent. If you have ever been around an old person many times their stools will smell like pure ammonia because they ARE producing hyperammonia from their liver. A medical doctor would treat hyperammonia with lactulose instead of addressing the cause. When it comes to COVID, I would definitely go liposomal or s acetyl glute. There is no time in active infection to detox the liver. Astazanthin is very good to support the liver. My point is if people had the healthy livers of children perhaps outcomes would have been better in the older population. Meanwhile I suggest people do some research and properly detox their liver on a daily basis if older than 40. And LOL I am one of the people who has a problem with NAC's sulphur ion. But if I get COVID people will just have to hold their nose. Now I have to stop here. I feel I am hijacking the thread. Great post. And if I had no other way to get glute, then I would take your post and use L glute with lecithin.

Sorry to be late getting back. My posts are delayed as I am not registered on Disquis (an assumption). But L glutathione IS reduced glute. Liposomal would be made from L glute. S acetyl glute is a specialized glute with a high rate of absorption (capsules). A pure L glut can also be nebulized. As the liver makes glute concentrations are high in the liver but also the LUNG BASES. Those who contracted COVID in our group had excellent recovery using S A Glute or Liposomal Glute. As far as FDA removing NAC for sale, we will just acetylate cysteine if we want it. NAC users also had excellent recoveries. In all cases, no hospitalizations/no long haul. Look, unless the FDA plans to plow under every plant on the planet, they are not going to control natural medicine. As far as spike proteins NAC is not the protocol we are using nor do I see it as a viable solution for the other toxins found in the Quackzine equally damaging. It may be useful expectorating spike proteins from the lungs but any good mucolytic would/could do that. Be aware the liver is supposed to make glutathione through the conversions of cysteine. Something is wrong with the liver if that is not happening, one of the many reasons young/healthy livers resist COVID infection and spread while old livers succumb. Glute taken in excess will whiten the skin and many ethnic people get glute injections for this purpose. Think Michael Jackson.
