This text joins Hebrews 1:10, John 1: 3, 10 and Colossians 1:16 in affirming ... the primary agent in the creation of our world and race. Perhaps 4% of the Greek manuscripts omit “through Jesus Christ

Is there much more to be said? Whatever your position, I think he has covered all the bases exceedingly well.
The debate is a 5-minute affair.
Maybe we look at some auxiliary issues, like Calvin's use of communio.fellowship of the mystery.

Yes, we can spend a few minutes on "by Jesus Christ." Isaac Newton was not happy with that, although he acknowledged it was in Chrysostom. (apparently missing in the apparatus.) And we do not see it here:

Another corruption was made about the same time in Eph. 3.9. The reading now generally received is, “Who created all things by Iesus Christ”. And this reading is as old as Chrysostom, who comments upon it. But the last words “by Iesus Christ”, have been added by the Greeks, for they are still wanting in the oldest Greek MSS, the Alexandrin & the Claromontan Gr. & Lat. In that of St Germans & in one of Mr Colberts, & in the Syriac, Latin, & Ethiopic Versions. Neither did Tertullian nor Jerome nor Ambrose read them.â€

The words "by Jesus Christ" are found in THE MAJORITY of all remaining Greek manuscripts in existence! In his book, Early Manuscripts and the Authorized Version, A Closer Look!, Jack Moorman notes that this is the reading found in the Majority of all remaining Greek manuscripts plus D correction, Dabs, K, L, 049, 056, 078, 0142, 0150 and 0151.

Yet the modern Westcott-Hort/UBS/Nestle-Aland/Vatican critical text versions like the RV, ASV, NASB, NIV, RSV, ESV, NET, Holman and ALL Catholic versions like the Douay-Rheims 1582, Douay 1950, St. Joseph NAB 1970, New Jerusalem bible 1985 and the 2009 Catholic Public Domain Version ALL omit these important words - “God who created all things BY JESUS CHRIST”.
Sinaiticus originally omitted them, but a later scribe put them back in, but the Vaticanus copy omits them.
Though the teaching that God created all things by Jesus Christ is taught in such Scriptures as John 1:3, Colossians 1:15-16 and Hebrews 1:2 and here in Ephesians 3:9 - "God, who created all things BY JESUS CHRIST"."

John Calvin also translated Ephesians 3:9 into Latin as it stands in the King James Bible - Et omnibus conspicuum faciam, quae sit communio mysterii, quod absconditum fuit a saeculis in Deo, qui omnia creavit per Iesum Christum” and then commented: “What is the FELLOWSHIP of the mystery. The publication of the gospel is called a fellowship, because it is the will of God that his purpose, which had formerly been hidden, shall
now be shared by men."

The King James Bible and many other versions throughout history have it right.
