Christopher Yetzer Absolutely. In Scrivener's Plain Intro. to the Text the NT, 3rd ed. (1883), p. 24, n. 2, he expressly claims authorship of the article in question. Oh, and thanks (grazie) for finding this online for those interested in consulting it.
