Hadn't gone through this whole thread yet. I will though next, especially the Conjurske stuff, thank you.

Yes, Glenn Conjurske often wrote well.
There is also some material from Doug Kutilek on some other threads, e.g put Kutilek and Wilkinson in the search bar. It is very rare that I would recommend his material, Thomas Ross then responded, sort of defending Wilkinson, but the problem is that on these issues Wilkinson was generally wrong.
However the Conjurske material is really directly on the main issue.
